GLASS CHEMICALS S.L.U. informs the suppliers that it has an Environmental Management and Health and Safety Quality system based on which its external suppliers are approved and re-evaluated annually, based on ISO certifications, compliance with regulations, compliance with delivery deadlines and monitoring of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety incidents, low accident rate, adequate environmental performance, as well as alignment with the Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Policy available on this website. The products/services received will be subject to inspection at the reception. All our suppliers are evaluated annually based on the degree of compliance with specifications.

Exceeding an Incident Rate in the service > 5% per year will be considered a reason for reviewing commercial agreements and/or serious incidents. In the event of exceeding 5% of shipments with an incident, the supplier will be required to provide an Action Plan to redress the situation.
